Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
